Default blank page when enabling DTO plugin

Hi guys im hoping someone can help me
I presume this will work with VB v3.8.5?

I have installed it ( and followed to the instruction to every word), when i enable to DTO plugin and then return to open any thread on my forum, all i get is a blank page?

any help woud be grateful. This seems like a very good tool for our website, so we just want to trial it before buying the full version

Many thanks

If you will open a ticket I'll log into your site and see if I can determine what is going on. The free version of Garage should work with vB 3.8.5 without issue so something in your PHP configuration, etc. may be causing an error to be thrown thereby causing the white pages.

To open a ticket just click on Customer Sign In (upper right of every page) and then click on support tickets.

Thanks!

Mark

i removed all files then re-added it and seemed to have worked now :)
Is there any way to have the "garage" text link in threads to be an Icon?

If you look at the dto_garage_popup_menu template you'll see the following:

PHP Code:
<if condition="$use_username_in_link">
<
phrase 1="$username">$vbphrase[xs_garage]</phrase>
<else />
$vbphrase[garage]
</if>
Where it says $vbphrase[garage] you'll just replace this with:

PHP Code:
 <img border=0 src="images/mygaragebutton.gif"
Assuming the image name is "mygaragebutton.gif" and it stored in the /image directory

That should be all you need to do.

Great! Glad they are liking it.

There are a number of differences between the free and paid version. In the current paid version one of those features is allowing admin users to edit/delete user garages. Additionally there are options to enforce display of an image. This effectively prohibits the user's garage from showing anywhere unless they associate an image with it. This feature really helps encourage people to add better information into their garages.

Thanks

Mark
