Here I am again, sorry for my absense the last few months, we had some busy time's transferring our website to our new server.

I'm implementing showcase with some testusers now, and one question I here a lot is:

Is it possible to hide some cattegorie's/showcasetype's on the left in the profilefield?

In my case, I have create'd 4 showcasetype's (RC-Cars, RC-Boats, RC-Helikopters and RC-Planes) However some users have only RC-Boats, so they want to hide th rest.. Is that possible?

Showcase types are displayed the user in the usercp via usergroup permissions.

In this case you would want to create 4 new usergroups, Car, Boats, Planes, Helecoptors. Then add each user to the respective groups as a secondary permission.

For example, user A has RC-Cars and RC-Planes. You would assign them to Registered User with secondaries of Cars and Planes.

Set the number of ShowCases allowed in the scondary usergroup permission settings.
