Can we please get some kind of integration with vBulletin's human verification stuff? Tired of getting an email every 30 minutes with a spam registration
Vendor Tools, by default, picks up whatever human verification options are configured for vBulletin. The issue is that their default human verification options were cracked a couple of months ago so they are effectively useless.
The most effective means to stop spam is to switch to a different mechanism such as the one Nathan suggests above. We are using this method on this site as well as several others and it has nearly eliminated all spam registrations for both forums, vendor tools, etc.

May I then suggest an integration with StopForumSpam? We use that on the forum and rarely get any spammers.
StopForumSpam really focuses on the usernames, IP address and email addresses to block problem users. This would really be a second level of checking if they get passed the human verification gate. Given that there is no secondary processing of vendor registration data (ie - creating an account, allowing them posting access, etc.) the human verification change would not only provide two levels of prevention for normal forum access but also prevent false registrations in vendor tools.

Alright thanks. I guess I will look into 3rd party stuff to integrate on the page. Wasn't really planning on using Solve Media since we don't use captcha elsewhere.
