Hi, I was wondering if there is a way you can suggest a way to somehow make the button more visible or have some kind of text where people know that they can click that small button which will collapse more information about each vendor. It appears a lot of people neglect to realize that when they click that collapse button, they will see more information (phone number, directions)

You should only need to replace the image (images/dto_vendor/expand.gif and images/dto_vendor/collapse.gif) with whatever you want. If you do this just keep in mind that if the image is too large it could break the layout of the display.
