Woody - I just emailed you about the current version of Vendor Tools and the new version that will be released very soon.
The error you see above is due to PHP5 running with the "allow_call_time_pass_reference" setting set to false. With the new version that is coming Vendor Tools has had these references removed so it should no longer display this warning regardless of the setting for "allow_call_time_pass_reference". Thanks!
