Template dto_garage.css seems to be affecting the private messaging page when sending private messages in vB4. I believe you are using some of the same class names that vb uses. When I delete everything from the dto_garage.css template the private message page goes back to normal but the garage gets all messed up.

Did you set Store CSS Stylesheets as Files to Yes in the admincp?

1. While logged into the AdminCP navigate to Settings=>Options.
2. Select Style and Language Setting from the vBulletin Options list.
3. Scroll to Store CSS Stylesheets as Files? setting. Default is set to no.
4. Select the Yes radio button.
5. Save and Exit.
