Given that I've exhausted all the obvious things we see as well as testing against a clean version of vb387 and the same version of Thread Move, the next step would be for me to look at your site to figure out what's going on. To do this I'll need you to open a ticket through our member area. Be sure to include both admincp and ftp information so I can try to reproduce and debug this issue for you.
