Default vBSEO 3.5 Demo Now Available!

Hello vBSEO Customers and Friends,

The vBSEO development team has been hard at work behind the scenes to bring you latest vBSEO incarnation, vBSEO 3.5!

vB Releases vB4 Beta 4 to the Public

vB4 beta news is shaking up the entire vBulletin community. We are excited to see the beta become available for all vB customers to use. With it, we have been getting asked many questions about what is happening here at vBSEO.com and how our release is shaping up.

Please refresh your memory on our prior announcement regarding vB4 and vBSEO 3.5 upcoming releases.

The current vBSEO 3.3.x series is not compatible with vB4. Installing our 3.3.x series product onto a vB4 database will cause problems.

When is vBSEO 3.5 Coming Out?
Development of vBSEO 3.5 is well underway and nearing completion and will fully support vB4 forum + suite. There are various tasks left for our developers to complete. vB continues to change core functions in each build they release forcing our development follow their adjustments. At this point in time, the current build is not installable and thus cannot be released to customers.

vBSEO 3.5 Alpha/Beta Releases
There is a chance we may offer a limited-access alpha release on a customer request basis. If this release comes to light, it will take place near the end of the vB4 public beta testing phase. Please note, when released, this build will be intended for testing and bug reporting purposes in a development environment only and should not be used on a mission-critical live environment.

Please do not PM staff asking to be a part of the release, further details about this possible release and information on how to request an copy will be published when it becomes available.

vBSEO 3.5 Demo
We do know that you want to see our product in action. To accommodate your requests, we have set up a vBSEO 3.5-powered vB4 demo site to showcase our new vBSEO 3.5 pre-alpha build. All users are encouraged to take a look at our system live in action and contribute to the data set by posting in this area. If you registered at vBSEO.com prior to this annoucement, your user account has been imported, so just log in with your current (vBSEO.com) username and password. New users, you will need to make a new account. vBSEO 3.5 pre-alpha currently supports all sections of the vBulletin 4 Suite, including the forum, blogs, groups, and the CMS (not published to the demo yet).

A complete demo of the back end, including the vBSEO Control Panel, is not available at this time.

As this is our working instance with our latest build, this area will be updated frequently with our latest build. If you find a bug, please Let Us Know so our developers can address the issue.

Note: Our main forums will be upgraded to vB4/vBSEO 3.5 when both components, vBulletin 4 and vBSEO 3.5 have reached a level of stability that is up to our quality standards.

Our entire team is waiting to hear your feedback about our new product and is excited for the reveal of our demo site to our customers. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns regarding vBSEO 3.5.

Thanks,
From all of us at vBSEO
