I know that people don't read docs very often but our reason behind offering them is that no one else tries to support their products in that way. Having the docs not only helps use to really test the products but also provides a good reference that we can point to when people have questions about the products. At a minimum we wanted to demonstrate that we are trying to approach apps for vBulletin a bit differently than what others have done ;)

I know Nathan and I have discussed how to address this one issue in Vendor Tools a number of times. Perhaps if we just added some additional text in settings indicating that you still have to have a user configured as a rep to log into VendorCP would be helpful...
